Zoom talk: Look again at garden birds

Details: A joint meeting on zoom with Medway RSPB Local Group that FavNats members are invited to join.

Passionate about wildlife, obsessed with birds – just two perceptions of the great British public, are they true? It is said that some 15 million people feed birds in their garden spending around £180m a year on bird food – so perhaps we are obsessed. This talk gives an introduction to some birds of our gardens, a little history as to why our gardens are so important to us and provides some help with identification including some tips on using binoculars and field guides.
